All Fields of Concrete

Had a leaking foundation on the side of the house. Received a couple of referrals from friends. One concrete contractor was out of business. All Fields of Concrete checked out on the "Better Business Bureau" website ... Triple A rating. I checked the Better Business Bureau because all of the fraud in Chicago. All Fields of Concrete fixed the leak ... I recommend them. And more importantly my wife is happy !!!

All Fields Of Concrete did a fantastic job. The Owner camer out within 45 minutes after I called him. He gave me a price to find the cracks in the foundation behind my basement paneled walls. He found two leaks & 3 cracks. He then gave me a price to permanantly fix my foundation leaks. He came beack in three hours with a crew of his workers & they did a wonderful job. Now my basement is totally dry & I can sleep well knowing everything was done correctly. I found there number on the Better Business Bureau website & I am going to write them a letter telling them how great Mike Fitzgerald is & how he took so much time to explain everything to me & how there was absolutely no pressure, how honest he was & how he made my butterflies go away. He took care of everything & the Price never changed. If you are having any problems with your foundation leaking these are definately the guys you want to repair your cracks & leaks.

We were trying to get one more year out of our Concrete Stairs Before replacing them. Then after the first good blast of freezing weather the Stairs collapsed sending the landing of the Porch into the basement. We got Michael Fitzgerald of All Fields of Concrete Constructions name & number off the Chicago Better Business Bureau's website. They had a perfect record & 20 year association with the Better Business Bureau. I called him up & told him about our emergency situation. Mr. Fitzgerald Immediately came over & assessed the situation. He informed us exactly what needed to be done & gave us an exact cost cost for the work. He gave us Three Guarantee's , the First that the Price of the work would not change. The second that despite the weather That he would be able to perform the work despite the freezing weather. & The Third that he would provide a written guarantee on the new Concrete Stairs & Side Foundation Walls. After Checking his City of Chicago Concrete Contractors License & his General Liability & Workman's Compensation Insurance, We gave him the job. All Fields of Concrete Started that afternoon & had the House sealed. They Jackhammered & removed the rest of the concrete stairs & Side Foundation Walls & by the same time the next day all the concrete was removed. Then they formed the Concrete Stairs, Side Foundation Walls & Porch Landing, Then they built walls & roof around the stairs & brought in heating

The next day they Poured the stairs. They did such an incredible job. We were so worried that we were not going to have stairs until the spring. I had no idea that anyone could do concrete work in the Winter time. We were so lucky to have All Fields of Concrete Construction do our project. I do not think any other company could of did such a fine job, in such brutal weather conditions, & on top of that with no advanced warning. We now have a set of well built safe stairs for Santa to walk up in case he does not want to use the chimney.

We had a few cracks in my foundation & they would leak water during bad rains. We are fixing up our basement & have to keep it dry. We researched All Fields of Concrete on the Internet & wherever we looked in Chicago All Fields of Concrete had great reviews. I made an appointment with the Owner. He was actually on time & took his shoes off before entering the house without being asked. He gave me a brief overview on his company & then went down to the basement & assessed my foundation. He came up with a concise plan that we felt made alot of sense. We felt the cot of the project were worth the investment of the lifetime structural repairs that he was backing up with a lifetime warranty. His crew came when they were scheduled & performed the work as stated in our conversation & in the contract. There work was very tidy & they did a fantastic clean up. If you are looking for a fully insured licensed concrete contractor in the Chicago land area. We Highly recommend All Fields of Concrete.

We met With the Owner the same day we calles. Mr. Fitzgerald came out explained all our options & gave us his personal recomendations of the best ones. He was able to provide us with his License, & General Liability & Work Man's Comp Insurance as well as Provide us with many letters of recommendation & Complaint free awards from the Better Business Bureau. His crew came out as scheduled & did a fantastic job. Everyone was very professional & had great communication skills. They did an awesome job on my stairs & a great clean up. I feel great about our decision of using All Fields of Concrete Construction to do our work & highly recommend them.

I was very impressed By All Fields of Concrete. I met with the Owner who was actually on time. He Started the Job the day he said he would & completed the work in the timeframe he said he would. He gave me a copy of his insurance to keep. He is Licensed with the city of chicago & gave me a copy of his License & had a perfect Record with the better Business Bureau. His crew was very professional, took away all debri the same day, cleaned up very well each day & did a fantastic job. I am very happy that we made the right decision & went with All Fields of Concrete. I would Recommend them Highly

My Husband & I met with there estimator John who was the only Contractor on time for the interview. He went over our Basement Floor, Wooden Main Beam, & Columns. He was quick to point out the footings were undersized for the City of Chicago & to revise them now before going in for a permit & havng them rejected. We Gave All Fields of Concrete the job. His men arrived in company trucks & were very professional. The Job was kept very clean. No fumes or dust got in the house. All debri was removed daily in dump trucks. They broke out the floor, Dug out & poured new footings , Replaced old wooden beams & Columns that were cracked & rotting with new Steel Beams & Columns, Replaced the concrete floor.None of the walls cracked in the house. The Basement looks great & added over 850 usable S.F. to our house in just over 5 days time

These Guys are the Best. I seen them working on a job a few blocks away from my house. Everyone was American & spoke English, They were all well manned & in company attire. All there Equipment was theres & company marked. They cleaned the job up very well each day. That put up safety barricades each day. So I knocked on the owners house after they were done & he was so impressed with the work that they did he told me he even gave him a hundred bucks extra. So I gave All Fields of Concrete a call. The Estimator amazingly came on time. Was not pushy, He was very Intelligent & explained everything to me throughly. They did a perfect job & did a couple extra things for free. after being burned by contractors in the Past. I only go with guys that all there crew speak English, they provide me with copies of there License & there license & that have good records with the Better Business Bureau.

My Project was pretty complicated & Though the whole process I slept very well because I knew that they would do things correctly. I would recommend them any time

Mike Fitzgerald and his crew got the work done on time and on budget. My concrete stairs look great. He was referred to me by another professor. All Fields of Concrete is a member of the Better Business Bureau which means a lot because of all the horror stories about contractor scams in the Chicagoland area. He also has a valid mason license. Would highly recommend
