AA Aberdeen Heating & Air Conditioning

STAY FAR AWAY FROM AA ABERDEEN HEATING AND COOLING. Better Business Bureau rating means nothing as complaints don;t get followed up on timely nor are they proactive. Very dissapointed in the BBB. AA Aberdeen ripped us off --they do a horrible job and then don't stand behind their work. Too many places in Chicagoland from which to to choose. WOuld give NEGATIVE stars if they allowed me too on Yelp.

could've made my experience better by keeping me updated on what time my work would be done. Service call was an 1 1/2 late. Next day showed up 1 hour late, once it was explained to me on what work was to be performed, service guy left and didn't hear an update for 6hrs. I was the one that had to call every 2 hrs inquire of what was going on. I would suggest company should call customers to update.
