303 Taxi

I placed an order online AFTER I waited on hold for 10 minutes and could never reach anyone. I placed the order at 9pm for a 945pm pickup from the Grayslake Washington street train station. I arrived and waited 10 minutes WHILE I was also on hold trying to check the ETA. Once someone finally answered, I was told my online order went through but no cab was dispatched. She apologized and asked if I wanted to wait another 45 minutes for a cab to be dispatched. Who suggests someone wait 45+ minutes at a dark train station?!?! NOT SAFE.

These company's like 303 and American suck they put u on hold forever and never show up metro yellow just as bad
