Ridge Equipment & Truck Repair

Came in with a missingbmud flap and hanger. They welded a piece of angle iron on and hung a new mudflap. Went to pay the bill after being quoted $200-$250 and was charged $600 for the job! Highway robbery at it's finest!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!

Truckers beware. Stay away from these guys. Advertised a good price on an oil change, then drained everything and suddenly price went up by 100 bucks. WAY overcharged for parts. What should have cost 260.00 ended up costing over 500.00. Extremely rude "customer service" (if you want to call it that).

This not only over charged me. But I feel that they stole money from me with $ 150.00/hour labor charge for 3 hours. And the fact that I was only there for 2 hours total. Plus a $75.00 freight charge to go to Freightliner to get the part 4.9 miles away. I'm telling everyone that I see about them. I hope they are out of business soon.

STAY AWAY from these guys. This company is a joke. The coupling air line for the trailer was leaking air. They replaced the fitting. Job done in 5 minutes and they charged a $165. Almost $15 shop supply, in top of $ 20 for the fitting? Are you kidding me? I hope they will go out of business soon. Go there if you have a lot of money to waste.

Traveling to Oklahoma City, pulled into flying J. Tire went completely flat to rim. Kent from Ridge used spare on his recommendation as other tire was split. Kent was very knowledgeable and polite, patient with me as I followed him around asking endless questions! He saved us!! We still had to drive to Oklahoma City . He also gave me advice on my Dodge Ram Truck because I told him I could not trust my mechanics at home. I had a very enjoyable time at mechanics for the first time in my life! Semper Fi!

Only have them fix your truck if you don't mind being overcharged! I feel they overcharged me about $450.00 for a part and I was charged $400.00 labor for A job that generally takes two hours and a $50.00 delivery fee for the part..
