Furniture Factory Outlet

Ordered 2 'LANE' Bariatric Lift chairs (with heat and massage). My wife and I are both disabled and need these chairs for therapeutic value. We paid $2,448.83 (tax & delivery fee included in this price) on April 21, 2016 (4 months ago!!) to have these chairs made at the LANE Company, as of today August 14, 2016, we have yet to recieve our chairs. Not only has LANE Company continually messed up our order, but we do not hear from our Furniture Factory Outlet salesperson unless I call them or go to their store personally to talk to our salesperson. We spent almost $2,500.00 for prompt service by both companies, but to no avail. I am giving a 4 for SELECTION as Furniture Factory Outlet does have a fair amount of furniture in their store ("Just be sure to not special order an item, as you will be sorry that you did!"). I am giving a 1 rating for SERVICE to Furniture Factory Outlet, but will not give a higher rating for Furniture Factory Outlet or LANE Company for service after the sale.
