Overall

I can not believe that they refused to see me bc i was actually 7 min late to the appt due to traffic! I work a full time job and had to take a half day off just to go to the appt and get there and the nastey receptionist said...sorry we r pretty full today so we have to reschedule!!! R u f#!king kidding! But yet the dr can be an hour late and we get charged if we reschedule them! This place was a joke!!

I called the office to let them know that I needed my medications refilled, I was informed that I would not be able to get prescriptions at time of my procedure which was scheduled that day because its the law. I explained that its not the LAW, the company is unable to bill unless I made a separate appointment. If I get scripts during my procedure the office would not be able to bill for the prescriptions. She then told me she couldn't schedule the apt because I have an outstanding bill and demanded that the bill be paid in full before I would be able to get prescriptions. I spoke to the billing office and was told the same thing. that even though I have been making regular appointments, company policy states that the bill must be pain in full before patients in pain can see their pain doctor or received prescriptions for their pain. By this time, I was crying explaining that I was in pain and needed to have my prescription refilled and that I could make regular monthly payments however, I was not able to pay the entire balance at this time. She said sorry, you can't see the doctor, you can't get your prescriptions refilled. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that this place is more concerned about getting paid than relieving anyone's pain.

Terrible service!!! I made an appointment last Thursday to be seen 8/12/15 at the Laurel location. When setting up the appointment I said I wanted to be seen at that location and the scheduler told me that was the closest location to my home address. She even gave the the Laurel address over the phone. Friday I received a call stating my appointment was a half an hour earlier than I had scheduled for so I called back to clarify the appointment time. They told me to actually arrive an hour early because I was a new patient and had to fill out paper work. I confirmed the location of the appointment again over the phone. Yesterday I called to let them know I had an MRI done and where they could get the results of the MRI for my appointment. Again, I confirmed the time and location of the appointment. Then this morning on the way to the appointment I was running about ten minutes late because of traffic and called to let them know. They said they would call over to the Laurel office to let them know for me.



I get to the Laurel office and they tell me that my appointment is at the KENT ISLAND location. How is that even possible? I call the scheduler and she said that once they set up the appointment that if the information is confirmed again via the phone they don't always look it up because they assume you know where your appointment is. And she said it showed in the system as my appointment being in Kent Island and instead of apologizing and trying to reschedule she said that she wasn't sure how the scheduler put in the wrong location if I asked for the Laurel location and put me on hold for fifteen minutes. In that time I was able to call on my husbands phone and cancel my appointment entirely.



While we were in the Laurel office, two other gentlemen were having issues with scheduling. A man asked when he would be seen since he had already paid his copay and the receptionist said she had no idea when he would be seen. Another man said that his appointment was at 9:10 and that he had made his appointment two weeks ago and confirmed the time yesterday. The receptionist said that his appointment was at 8:10 and they had a recording to prove it. When he asked to hear the recording she said they couldn't play it for him.



Do not use this practice, they are unreliable.
