Flow Salon

Although it has been a while since trying this salon, I found it to be very clickish. By that comment what I mean is unless your young or somebody's mom who they think is somebody there is no welcome feeling there. Also, the particular stylist that I was interested in was never available and it was always suggested to schedule with someone else. That convinced me that apparently although I was a new customer, there was no interest in making it so I would want to contue to come there. Oh well, so much for supporting downtown Chestertown business. I found a stylist in Middletown DE and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Flow Salon staff have a sour attitude, are rude, and are bereft of customer service. I walked in Flow Salon to make an appointment and was rudely told that there is no appointment today, Wednesday, there is a slot Friday afternoon, and some openings next week.



The schedule is the schedule but to be treated rudely with a staff attitude that they are doing you a favor is bad business and for sure, I and my 2 daughters will not patronize this local business. Instead, I went a classy business, Classy Cuts, a short distance away but miles apart stylistically and in customer service.
