Serenity Salon & Spa

I went in with my daughter and was overcharged by 59.99. The girl charged me twice for a product. There was no refund offered other than to let me use it on a future service or purchase. I could have used my 59.99 anywhere if they could add.

I traded in my old spa place for Serenity after being invited there by an acquaintance. What a difference! The spa staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They are punctual and respect my time. The building is relatively new and modern. Inside, the colors are relaxing and there are no overpowering odors like there are at some salons. It is very clean and as you are guided to your service area, the staff smiles at you and says hello. It feels very welcoming and inviting and comfortable. I received a pedicure from Nikki and a massage from Lisa. Both were fabulous. Nikki gave me some tips to keep my polish on during a week vacation (which worked great), and Lisa must have a sixth sense. She knew where my problem areas were before I even told her. Her hands are amazingly strong for such a little person! I highly recommend this spa and for those disappointed with their latest services at the other places, Serenity will be a pleasant surprise. It definitely has replaced my old spa. Thanks ladies!
