We had a 2013 Hyundai in to have the MDPS flex coupler replaced and a tire rotation. They found that the rear brakes were completely toast. They were able to get the car back in the next day for that. This was great because my daughter was only in town for a few days. The work needed to be done before she left. They are friendly, professional and accommodating all rounded into one

I had a wheel stud replaced on my subaru Forester at Don's. He asked me to pick up the part because he was not able to find it easily. Which I did. The install went smooth and the price was great. I then needed rotors and pads done. I called to get pricing and schedule. I purchased the parts before hand as I was going to do it myself but could not find the time. I was told that they will not install parts they do not sell. And if I wanted to have the rotors and pads purchased and installed by them it would be over $600 dollars. I picked up better quality parts than they would have used for $240 dollars. Seems to me that they have a huge markup on parts and if you do not buy from them they will not do the work. I will call any other repair shop and have them do the labor. Not sure how they are able to justify passing up on an easy brake job, but I am sure any other shop will be happy to accept my money for such a simple job.
