They never return calls, the only people that seem to work there are the front desk that only transfer you back to the idiots that don't call back. Even supervisors of supervisors don't call back, first you leave nice voicemails and if you are a paranoid schizophernic and hungry like me, you get frustrated and leave more "snappy and to the point" voicemails only to realize that no one will ever answer you back, its a shame how useless the DSS is...i just want to eat, thats all, no snap abuse/fraud i just want food lol
