        My son dropped his car off for electrical work on Wednesday by appointment. He was told that it would be done at the end of the day on Thursday. He came to the store on Thursday to get his car and it was not done. He was called later on Friday morning and told that it would be done on Friday evening. It was not done until Monday. He had to rent a car during this time period. He called them on Monday and told them that he wanted to pay for it on his Visa so that he could pick it up after hours. They took his credit card information and charge the bill. However, they just so happen to forget to leave his car outside with the keys in it so that he could pick it up. His car was locked inside the building. We live 45 miles away, now, we have made 2 trips to Tri Action Auto to pick up a vehicle that we were told would be ready and was not. The communication between its workers at this place is horrible.

        Kimberly, If this is not you please call 586-949-5100 Thank you for the review and I apologize for the late response since I was not aware of the review until now .Know that we take all our reviews seriously. You are correct the vehicle was checked in on Wednesday. I'd like to say that initially we were unable to duplicate the concern of the vehicle, so we were unable to offer a repair. After checking the vehicle several times throughout the day and the next day, we were able to verify the concern. Once we did, we experienced communication issues with the vehicles computer. Further inspection found the brake switch for the vehicle was intermittently failing causing the communication and brake light concern. This was Thursday evening. The part was not available and needed to be ordered for the next day; Friday. Your son was leaving for a concert on Saturday but ended up leaving early for the event so he was not able to pick the vehicle up until the following Monday. Indeed your son did call and leave a credit card number for payment and asked for us to leave his vehicle outside so that he could pick it up Monday morning before we opened. This did not happen, I made that mistake and apologized to your son for it. As a good gesture, we did offer and apply a credit back on the credit card for our mistake; which was negotiated with your son.
