This was my very first visit to BWW. I ordered carry-out for me and my elderly father. I got the Medium Wings for $19.99 (15 wings); one order of Fries for $3.99 and some Veggie Slaw for $1.99. I figured for those prices I would be in for a treat when I got home to eat with my dad. We were both sorely disappointed. Nearly $30 just wasted! The wings were extremely dry and overcooked. I can get wings at my local tavern for 50c apiece, and they are so much better than this! These BWW wings came to about $1.15 apiece!

The fries were equally disappointing. There wasn't even enough to share with my dad like I thought there would be for the price. But, the small portion for $4 was barely edible. They were thin and dry, and neither of us could eat them anyway. About 50% of the wings were put in the trash along with the uneaten fries. I will NEVER eat at this place again - it was horrible. I'll never understand why anybody would eat there more than once.

ive only gone to this particular location 5-6 times now but every time I go there im completely unhappy with the wait staff. it doesn't take much to make me happy: don't make me wait forever to get a pop, put my order in correctly, refills are always a plus and don't be outright rude. well none of that ever happens here. the last time I went my family and I waited 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order, by that time we were ready to order our food...which we couldn't because the waiter rushed off as soon as the drink order was out of the last of our mouths. the waitress/waiter is always rude, like they just want you to leave. I get that the job isn't glamorous, ive been a cashier and gas station attendant...people tend to make you nuts. I never get a refill because the waitress/waiter never comes around till they bring the bill, which they take their sweet time to cash you out as well. just all around poor customer service.

only plus side is the food is almost always good.

Food was good, service was absolutely horrible. waitress kept forgetting our drinks or coming to see if we needed anything. restaurant wasn't that busy but had a baseball team there .. at one point there were 6 waitress and 1 manager serving the large table while the other tables were ignored. I had to walk to the waitress and ask for our bill and carryout boxes because we were ignored for so long after our meal was over. restaurant is about 3 miles away from my house but i will drive the additional 5 miles to go to a different location.

Food was great, waitress we had was very friendly. Can't wait to go back again.
