Walmart Supercenter

This new walmart was a waste of time and money. Granted the prices are good, but the customer service, and all of the departments in the whole store are lacking in almost every way possible. They call it a supercenter but there is nothing super about it. First I will start with the the people who hate their jobs here and let everyone know, I live in the area so I've been here several times, but only when I absolutley have too. When you ask for help you get the run around. If you even find someone to help in electronics, your lucky. The photo center gets an attitude anytime you ask them ANYTHING. The lady at the dressing rooms is always on her cell phone or chit chatting with her friends somewhere else in the store, so you can never try any clothes on, if you can even find anything in the tiny selection they offer.. and I'm talking men, women, and children's clothes. The shoe section has nothing. Its 3-4 isles of mixed up, out of order, and sorry selections of over priced low quality shoes. The produce section is sad, almost everything on their shelves brown and too soft. Not to mention there's barely any selection. The people who work the customer service desk are nice but when there is a huge line of people trying to return, send or receive money, or just need help, the last thing you should be worried about is going on your break and leaving one person there to handle it all, including the phone ringing off the hook. The garden section has close to nothing in it and when you ask the lady if the carry something, you get the same response everyyyy time. "We are sold out".... I found something on the shelf and went and asked her if they had it and she gave me this response even when it was 20 foot away from her register. It was her lack of actually trying to do her job correctly and being lazy that really makes this department aweful, the small selection of anything is just the cherry on top. This is a brand new walmart and I don't understand how it could fall under so quickly. I think it needs new mangement and some new staff members that will actually appreciate even having a job and be happy to be there making money and actually doing their jobs. I'm seriously considering calling corperate because this store is giving walmart a bad name.
