The hose at the top of our water heater supplying hot water had a hole in it that sprayed water all over like a fine spray. We called our home warranty company (wouldn't be without a warranty). The warranty company put One Stop on the line and set up a same day appointment. Fred showed up in the afternoon and we were back in business in no time. While waiting for repairs we shut off water to the water heater and opened our faucets to minimize leaking from the hose itself. Fred was courteous and quick. If only we could pick our plumber and not the warranty company we would choose One Stop.

Fred came on time, didn't take his time with the job, and finished it professionally. So satisfied with the job, couldn't be happier. Thanks for the company for providing free estimates as well! Only one in the area that doesn't charge 65 just to look at it!

Before turning over my rental to a new tenant, I needed to do maintenance on the plumbing in my house. I was referred to One Stop Plumbing by my co-worker, who swears by them every time she needs a plumber. I called on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for Saturday, and they were extremely flexible with available times. When I drove to the rental on Saturday morning, the tech was actually waiting on me! After about an hour and a half, the plumber had repaired the flipper and fill valve on 3 toilets, as well as replaced the fixtures in the kitchen! He was professional, courteous, efficient, and very straightforward about what he needed to do for repairing everything. I was highly content with One Stop Plumbing's service and affordable price, and I will definitely be using them again (as well as referring them to others)!

Not really happy with this company. It started out well. We were having issues with a constantly running toilet. They came out and replaced the fill valve. Took them like 20 minutes to complete. Cost me $123. A few days later, we noticed that the toilet was ghost flushing. We called them on a Monday and they said they would make it out there later that day. At 4:30 after not hearing from them, my wife called and they said they were really busy and would come tomorrow. We called them the next morning and they said they were finishing up a job and that they would come by as soon as they were done. He called back once at about 2 pm to tell us he was still at the job and they would still make it out. 5 pm rolls around and still no one. We called and they said the job was taking longer than they thought and would get to us in the morning. Long story short, they didn't get out to us till 4 pm, two days later. At which point he figured out the issue, a faulty rubber ring, and immediately replaced it. He didn't ask, just did it. Then handed us another bill for $116. My wife almost blew her lid. She asked them why this wasn't fixed in the first place and he told her because it wasn't a part of the original problem. He then said he would talk to his boss. He was outside our house for about 20 minutes, and then sent in his assistant in to collect the bill. He got it "reduced" to a service call and charged us $72. Still not acceptable. After having to wait 48 hours to get someone to our house, not asked if we want them to replace the rubber ring, and them not making sure EVERYTHING was fixed the first time, we shouldn't have had to pay anything. Very dissatisfied with the expediency and the service I was provided. Will not recommend them to friends, family, or neighbors.

My wife and I purchased a new faucet and sink for our kitchen. I realized very quickly I lacked the expertise to mess about with the garbage disposal and such, and some online searching brought me to One Stop Plumbing and their stellar reviews.



I requested a quote on Sunday afternoon, expecting a call no earlier than Monday morning. To my surprise, someone responded within a couple of hours, and I was able to get on the schedule for Tuesday morning! Twice the surprise.



Frederick and Chris arrived on time Tuesday morning, introduced themselves to my wife and me, took a look at the sink, made a plan, and began to execute.



I thought I'd done a pretty good job picking out a sink that would be (relatively) easy to install...but you know what they say about the best laid plans. Frederick and Chris most certainly encountered several difficulties during the installation, but they were incredibly professional and patient while set to the task. I was very impressed.



After two hours, my wife and I were sitting at the table working (just in case my boss reads this), and I remarked about how, if it was me, I'd be cursing and swearing, throwing things, and probably broke something on purpose by now. She laughed and said we'd for sure be arguing about it! And she's right, it would not have made for happy times in our marriage.



After about three hours Frederick and Chris had completed the work, got everything cleaned up and reviewed the work order and pricing with me. I feel like their labor rates are quite competitive, and the work is First Class, for sure!



Plus, without a doubt, it was way cheaper than divorce court!

I have absolutely no complaints with One Stop Plumbing. I own a townhouse which I rent out and after a few times going out in the dark to re-light the pilot light, the tenants were frustrated, rightfully so. Nevie was nothing but honest and knowledgeable and was able to direct through a matter which is foreign to me...plumbing! I have 100% confidence in this company and will call them the next time a plumbing issue comes up. They were able to fit within my crazy schedule, showed up on time and were extremely nice guys!!!

I called One Stop plumbing to fix the leak under my kitchen sink, and Nevie came out the same day and replaced the all the pipes and unclogged the drain. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the work he did. On top of all that, the price was just right! I went with One Stop Plumbing based on the great reviews on this site, and I must say I did not regret it! Thanks Nevie, I will be calling you for ALL our plumbing needs! By far this has been the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. !

Honest Work at an Honest Price.

I have used One Stop Plumbing 2 times now and I will always use them in the future. Both times I called to have work done, they came out either the same day or the next morning and were able to do the work within a couple of days at the latest. One of the times I called was on the weekend and they came out to diagnose the problem the same day. One Stop Plumbing's prices are very affordable too. I couldn't be more happy with the One Stop Plumbing and highly recommend them to anybody with plumbing needs.

After having issues with another plumber dragging their feet, I decided to take matters into my own hands and request a quote from another company regarding a leaking pipe. I chose to call One Stop Plumbing because of their excellent reviews on Yellow Pages, and after recieving their services, I completely understand the endless great reviews. I called and spoke with Nevie, and within the hour, Frederick knocked on my door to assess the damage. Not only did he assess the damaged pipe, he fixed it right then and there, also taking the time to fix a running toilet upstairs. Frederick was nothing but kind and sweet, taking special care to be neat and clean- he even wiped down my bathroom floor for me. When it came time to pay, I was very pleasantly surprised with the price. I want to highly exaggerate my satisfaction with this company. Never have I had such an all around great experience with any company like I have with this one. I believe the secret to a successful company is the customer service and quality of work that One Stop Plumbing demonstrates. Kudos to One Stop and their wonderful, wonderful business! I will ALWAYS go to them for any future plumbing needs!

I do not usually write reviews but this company, as well as Nevie himself, is the exception. I called around pricing other companies, and always received the same answer (I will schedule you for an appointment, and we will be out between 12-4 PM. When I called One stop, and explained my issue, and what I needed done to Nevie, he gave me a price quote and came pretty soon. Within two hours my water heater was replaced, and the job was done. Very well priced, and very professional, and personable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for first class work.

Recently quoted $172 by rotor rooter to stop tub leak, paid 159 for one stop to do it. From the time I placed a phone call to when i wrote a check and said goodbye 79 minutes had elapsed!! He explained everything he was doing, my tub leak has stopped and he cleaned up his mess too. I will be calling them again when I need Plumbing repairs.

I usually don't wite reviews for companies of no kind. But I felt that this needed to be seen. Last night my bathroom sprung a leak of some kind and I was frantic. A friend told me about One Stop Plumbing who had done work for her in the past. I called them immediately. They explain that I should turn of my water and they would be there first thing in the morning. I did what I was told and before I was out of bed. They were ringing my bell. Fred went right to work. There was a crack in the pipe. He did what he do and fixed the problem before I was dressed and ready for work. Thank you so much One Stop for all you do. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and associates. Good job!!!!!!

I am surprised to see all the five stars on all of these reviews. My water heater went out on a Monday morning. We called our landlord and then later received a phone call saying that someone would be able to come fix the water heater on Tuesday at 2:30. My husband had to take off work early so he could be here for Fredrick to come fix it. On Tuesday at 3:55 an hour and 25 mins after the guy was supposed to be here, I received a call saying "his other job ran longer than normal and did he still want me to have him come out." I know all the plumbers have phones on them and are able to make a phone call to say sorry but Im going to be running late but that never happened. Then he finally arrived at 5:10. He was here for all of 10 minuets saying that he had to order the part and that it would arrive on the morning truck and could I be here at 12 for him to come and fix it. Wednesday at 12:40, that's 40 minutes after he was supposed to be here to fix the water heater. I finally received another call saying that the part wasn't on the morning truck and that he has to wait on the afternoon truck to arrive with my part at around 1:30. My question again would be " What time does the morning truck arrive and why didn't I receive a phone call then?" Instead I missed my classes to wait around for someone to not arrive when they said they were supposed to be here. Instead my husband missed work for nothing and I missed out on school for an appointment time that fell through both times. I just wish they had better business sense because they lost me on the customer service part. All it required was a phone call letting their " customers" know that they weren't going to be able to make the original appointment time. Sincerely, An upset 7 month pregnant woman with no hot water for almost 3 days.

Dealing with contractors is never easy. I called One Stop Plumbing because my bathroom upstairs was leaking into my neighbor's bathroom downstairs. I called on a SATURDAY night at 7pm and Mr. Sessoms of One Stop Plumbing was at my residence within the hour to assess the situation and damage. The customer service, pricing and workmanship was OUTSTANDING. Mr. Sessoms was very knowledgeable and just an all around good guy. One Stop Plumbing will be my one and only call for any plumbing needs.

Amazing service. Frederick came out to fix a clog with the washer drain. He was very professional and had it fixed quickly. We ran into another clog that evening with a "flushable" baby wipe and he turned around and came back out to fix that one too. This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
