I give them a zero star horrible service manager at the Volvo parkway on battlefield in Chesapeake is a dick and I will never order again they delivered food not properly cooked and said that's how they make it

Horrible service!!! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt! But fail every single time! Every time I order my food comes 20-30 minutes late. The food is burnt. I've actually had to call after the driver added his own tip on my card ( for ten dollars).This time we ordered the philly sub and club sub the philly was burnt the club sub had bacon bits not strips of bacon. The fries came cold and not cooked all the way. When we called because they were 20 minutes late they gave us an attitude
