I recently found myself brushing up against the law with an indictment of a 4th degree felony charge. I am 52 years old and have never had any contact with law enforcement and was extremely anxious about my situation. I ran into a legal issue and needed a lawyer. I was not from the area and my parents did the research to find Mr. Stomel.

We set up an appointment with him and he spent almost 2 hours with us. He made me feel so comfortable. He explained all the legal alternatives related to my case and what his approach would be. I used this adjective as my title for it best adequately describes Elliot S. Stomel, esq; professional conduct & overall performance during the time I retained him. For instance my very first consultation with Mr. Stomel esq. was extensive, well over an hour long, (free of charge) and was tremendously informative. During the consultation he was upright, easy going, and Mr. Congeniality. Yet and still, I am not easily impressed and I insisted that he allow me more time to think it over and do more research before I sign a retainer agreement. He accepted while not causing me to feel pressured or uncomfortable. Obviously I did move forward with retaining him and I couldn't have wished for greater representation and better results; I have no regrets. I highly recommend Mr. Stomel. I was charged with a DWI in September of 2007. My Case Was a difficult one. I was not only in a school zone but right out front of a school. I was petrified knowing that all fines double in a school zone and that I could face possible jail time even though it was a first offense.
