Allen graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute. He is certified in Massage Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy LV2, Graston Technique Specialist, Myofascial Cupping and Deep Tissue Massage. He has 18 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in different settings, including serving as the Massage Therapist for the 2008 US Olympic team Tae Kwon Do, CrossFit, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting competitors and with the NFL. Allen also has a background in martial arts and spends much of his free time in powerlifting competitions. He has a sure and gentle hand when applying his skills and experience to his clients.

Tremaine graduated from Everest Institute in Dearborn, Michigan. She specializes in Swedish and relaxation massage. Her modalities include deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, prenatal, and trigger point therapy. She tries to address each client’s individual needs so that the client leaves feeling better than when they came in. Tremaine is also a firm believer in natural and holistic remedies.

She incorporates shiatsu and deep tissue techniques to effectively release tension in the body. She has also studied a wide variety of energetic techniques and is a Reiki Master. Her hope is that everyone she meets leaves their session feeling relaxed and ready for anything!

He has a vast knowledge of the human body and movement from his years as a professional dancer/tumbler. His east/west approach includes ZenThai/Barefoot Shiatsu (on table or mat), Active Isolated Stretching, Deep Tissue enhanced by zen, Muscle Release Technique & Reiki.

Her background includes training in neuromuscular massage, myofascial, Swedish, craniosacral and Reiki. She has a deep passion for massage and continues to grow and learn from every client.
