Kiwi Lawnmower & Chainsaw Repair

I have a Homelite Chainsaw tha is over 40 years old that has been in our family. the recoil broke about 14 years ago and Ive taken in to be fixed over and over agian and was told that the part can not be fixed or replaced due to the part is not made anymore. Well I refused to give up and was referred to Kiwi and they owner was like a MacGyver... well he was right it was fixed within a week and started right up... I have since taken many other farm equipment and have had the same results.... Great Customer Service, Does not gouge your wallet and takes pleasure in their Service... My Cub Cadet mower had one cylinder not firing, I had called several mower repair shops and looked online for customer ratings. I found that most of the local shops had more negative than positive ratings and reviews. Those that I did call said it would be several weeks before they could check out my mower. Then I remembered that last year I had stopped in briefly as I passed that way and talked with the folks at Kiwi Lawn Mower & Chainsaw Repair on Reynolds Ave in Centralia . I recalled that the shop was small but appeared to be well organized, the folks were friendly. So I went online to check the reviews. There were no negative reviews which I thought was a good thing, there were no reviews at all, but because I had met the owners before briefly I had a good feeling about taking the mower to them. When I arrived at the shop a technician came out to help unload the mower from the truck, their hydraulic lift made it easy. I was told it would be a few days before they could checkout the mower, in less than a week I received a call telling me that the problem was a bent push rod and the part was on order, in a little over a week the mower was ready for pick up. The price was surprisingly very reasonable and fair, they did good work, the mower runs like new. I couldn't be more pleased, and would highly recommend this shop! G. Redden
