        I had amazing service! My windsheild wipers broke ( they did not operate properly), therefore leaving me unable to clear the windshield. As you may recall the weather has been horrible and to be without wipers was very dangerous. I pulled into the service station with my two year old in the car without an appointment and your service man understood the situation and prioritzed my car. He had us out within an hour. I was extremely grateful.

        This place has the best service! When I had trouble with my Audi at the original dealership in OH with a rattle, only Schmitt's could find the problem. Always excellent.

        there are lots of service departments in WNY, especially for "luxury car service", that claim to be the best - and I've been to many of them. But these guys are by far the most consistent in the quality, fairness and efficiency of their service and staff. They set an incredibly high standard and work very hard to live up to it and my wife and I consider them to be the "best of the best" - and it's not even close.
