Southern Hearth & Patio

This is the worst customer service I called for a service visit. I am frequently gone, but appointments are set without regard for the customer's availability... only on their availability. I provided my husband's phone #. They called my husband but I got in late, and my husband was on his way to pick me up. I made another appointment since it was an unavoidable incident. The next appointment was 2 weeks. This company never contacted me or my husband. No accountability. I made another appointment and reiterated that my husband was the one to call. Again, no response from this company and no follow-up. The next attempt, I verified that my husband would be there at the house, and made sure that the company had his phone number! Again, my husband was not contacted! This is inexcusable for a company that is in the service business. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and the lack of follow-up with the customer. I will never recommend Southern Hearth & Patio to anyone.

We bought our first patio set from Southern Hearth & Patio 11 years ago and it still looks new! We also bought our gas logs there and love them! If you want a product that will last, go to Southern Hearth & Patio first. Clay Dennis is very knowledgable and will spend time answering all your question.
