        The representative was very attentive and polite. She offered me an upgrade after our conversation was interrupted by an airport police officer asking for a piece of paper.
        The entire transaction took fewer than 5 minutes after booking online. Returning was even easier.

        The desk staff at National in Chattanooga, TN is first class. They are friendly and helpful - it was a great experience. I enjoyed my rental experience with them bot picking up and returning the vehicle.
