The internet pictures accurately portrayed the car. Randy told me to go ahead and take my time looking over the vehicle and when I was ready to drive just to let him know. I took approx. 1 to 1.5 hours going over the car by myself and then a nice test drive. No hassle, no one looking over my shoulder asking me questions every thirty seconds. Car was exceptionally clean and in top condition. This type of sales transaction works best for me as I inform myself well before making a purchase like this. Thank you Randy for the experience and also the tank of gas. Definitely one of the best buying experiences I have had.

I recently purchased a Mazda Cx 7 from Randy via internet sales. He was very helpful in sending me the vihicle history report and answering questions that I had about the vehicle. I called ahead of time to let him know that I was coming to see the vehicle and he met me at the doors, keys in hand. I looked over the vehicle as he stood back and gave me space. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, he flew through the paperwork and I was out the door. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and cuddle you through the buying process, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are informed, do your research, and know what you want, this is a great place to go. I saved about 3,000 dollars on the vehicle I purchased and am very pleased with how hard Randy worked. He did a great job.

Since we had to go up to Chattanooga later in the evening, we test drove the vehicle about 15 minutes before they closed. They processed the paperwork, though the manager was getting somewhat impatient, when we had to transfer funds electronically for the down-payment. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had! There was never pressure to buy a certain model or hurry like I have experienced at other dealers. I was free to check out and drive any car that interested me and there were many. I finally did make up my mind and am completely happy with my purchase and the patience showed to me from their friendly staff. It is a very busy place so be sure the car you are interested in is still there! Someone called about mine as I was signing the dotted line!

My wife and I drove 2 hours from Alabama to this dealer's location to purchase a 2008 Silverado. This was by far the best buying experience that we have had. Randy was so easy to work with and we were in and out is less than an hour. All I can say is if you are looking for a reliable used car at very good prices give these guys a call.

I was car shopping over the weekend and was very impressed with Henry at Mountain View. He is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and even though I didn't buy a car there, I was very impressed with his customer service. If I had more time this weekend and in the future, I would work with Henry again. He is upfront and I like that a lot.

No pressure but I came in there wanting to spend a certain amount and they made it work! I also came in with 3 kids and they were so nice and really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. We came in with a preapproved loan and were in and out in an hour!

This dealer was great and I really like the ProMaster that they showed me. However, once driving it and comparing it to the Grand Caravan I decided to go with the Caravan. The ProMaster was just a little too short for my needs in the Cargo Area. I wish it had been about a foot longer.

Dealerships in the past have left a bad taste in my mouth and discouraged me from wanting to car shop. After coming to this dealership I feel sooooo much better. I told John my price range and he let me know what could be done, when other places wanted to put me in higher cars. I'm recommending everyone i know who needs a car to him. I love my new car!
