They lowered our fees and their service is great! Ron and Channing are always helpful. We are extremely happy with First Data and the Ignite program.

Excellent Service. We checked around for different people to handle our credit card transactions. Some seemed so expensive. Then we called First Data and they were not as much as the other companies we had checked. First Data is excellent to work with and one time when we had an issue with our machine, they had it fixed in no time.

Out of all the Merchant Services I have had for my buisness, First Data is the absolute best.

If you want the best service on the planet use these guys. They are available when you need them, not that you need them often. They saved me about double what they promised. If you are a business owner you would be a fool to trust your processing to anyone else.

FDIS is fantastic! We have bounced from processor to processor trying to find someone who would provide consistent pricing and service. The banks were always adding on fees and when we needed help, would refer us to the "actual merchant services company" (they never let on that they were nothing more than a 3rd party reseller until we needed assistance). All of that changed when we met Jason Banther and began working with First Data. Mr. Banther has consistently taken care of anything we need. When we call Susan at their office here in Chattanooga, she is always prompt to either assist us or to put us directly in touch with the dept at Customer Support that we need. This saves so much time from being bounced around for hours with an 800 number. My accountant tells me we're paying less in credit card fees each month even though our volume has grown. These guys and gals in the Chattanooga office of First Data Independent Sales have made life much easier for my staff and me. Thank you.
