Don Walker Rentals

I was told the remodel I purchased was on sewer, after having the plumbing back up I am told it is on a 60 year old septic system. He says he will do nothing and it will cost thousands to connect to the city sewer.

JANICE IS A CROOK. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES UNLESS U WANNA PAY DEARLY AND DEAL WITH JANICE WHO IS A SNUB-NOSED BIGGOT. THEY WILL TREAT U BAD AND TRY TO TAKE ALL YOUR $. THEY DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I ALSO REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND BETTER HOUSING AUTHORITY AND WHOEVER ELSE I CAN FIND TO BRING THEM DOWN PLUS FILED A LAWSUIT AND POSSIBLE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST MANAGEMENT FOR FALSEIFYING LEGAL DOCUMENTS. CLAIMING I OWE THEM $1800. RENTERS BEWARE!!
