        Tonight I am moving from the CVS on Ringgold Rd., East Ridge TN to the CVS on Brainard Rd., Chattanooga, TN



        I have been going to the CVS on Ringgold Rd. for 3 years and the pharmacy consistently has the worst customer service ever. My prescriptions are never ready when I go to pick them up...even 5-8 hours after dropping them off. They are all excuses…no matter who is behind the counter. It appears to just be their work culture



        Tonight was the last straw. They told me when I dropped off the prescriptions that it would take 2 hours...five hours later, my prescriptions were still not filled. In addition, yesterday I received an automated phone call that my blood pressure medicine was ready to be picked up…it too, was no where to be found. While I waited 3 other people came up and none of their prescriptions were filled either.



        It's just bad business! I’m will to drive a little farther in the future to have better service.
