I love the doctors and clinical staff here, but their insurance and billing department has been an absolute nightmare! They will tell you your account is paid in full and you'll end up with some ridiculous bill months later. Watch out for their "pregnancy/birthing" payment plan agreements. I was told that with my insurance, I could set up a payment plan that would cover all of my prenatal care visits and birth for about $75 a month. I was told this would cover my office visits and birthing. I paid like I was told and then received bills later for $150, over $200, and an additional $584 after service. I will no longer use them in the future for fear that there will be some other hidden fees that pop up months later. The one star rating is too kind.

Because of my wheelchair, I am no longer welcome. He made fun of my disability and even said that my life sucks because I use a wheelchair. He also left me ten minutes after surgery and when the hospital called him to say I was bleeding to death he refused to come back. He even had a midwife release me the next day without even an exam. When I did finally see him (when I was admitted back to the hospital for blood loss) he said cripples are overly dramatic and he didn't know that I was actually in danger. Run away from this fool as fast as you can!

This by far is the best OB/GYN office I have ever gone to. I have been going here for a number of years and have yet to have a dissatified moment. With there very professional answering service (and my 2:00am weekend phone calls) this OB/GYN office is there for you literally 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So if you are a woman who wants a baby, pregnant, has had a baby/babies, or never wants a baby and needs to make sure she doesn't have any this is the place or you. They will take care of you.
