Cash America Pawn

Went in today to sell some scrap gold. I knew exactly what I had and what it was worth. After having an employee scratch it all up and weigh it for a second time a short haired women (i guess a "manager") comes out of the back to look at it. She tells me half of it isn't real and that what is real is only worth 70% of its actual value. After i disagree with her she gets rude shoves the gold back across the table and begins to walk away. Before she can leave i ask for the bag (which i handed the gold to her in). She tosses the bag back at me and tells me that she didn't weigh some of it but not to worry it didn't weigh much. When i reply, "well id like all of it back" she gets confrontational and tells me she's above that and wouldn't steal (well what do you call offering me less then 3/4 of the value of my propriety, Theif). On the way out i wished her well, adding that i hope she doesn't trip and fall. (I hope you read this i know you'll remember me). I went across the street and sold my scrap to SOUTHERN BULLION for 15% more then she offered. (they tested the stuff she said was fake, big surprise it wasn't.) until she's fired they won't get a damn bit of my business. If you're selling gold or silver avoid this place they're Rude, and either can't add or are just legal thieves.

I've been doing all my business lately with Value Pawn. It's been great so far im trying to save money with the economy the way it is. Just trying to make a resale the staff is friendly and helpfull Zoie usually take care of me.
