We have been using RPM to handle a very complicated probate estate with multiple properties, some with multiple units, commercial and residential. It has not been an easy task but they have been on top of things. Julianna especially is great at communicating and getting estimates, she always takes my calls and knows exactly what's going on. If I need her to do something she handles it immediately. We are pleased with RPM overall and do feel Adel has given personal attention to things which we appreciated.

We just joined with RPM a few months ago and I must say, it was the easiest transition we have ever made. Our former property management company was very difficult to deal with, but they made the best of a potentially bad situation. Highly recommend!!!

Awful experience with Adel. Living in a rental home for almost 6 months and continuing to have basic needs dealt with. I can't think of anything good to say. Rats, termites, rotted wood, toilet leaking pool issues, spa issues, yard issues. Exposed wires, didn't clean or pain upon my move in. Be careful!

Adel has been wonderful! I have been in contact with his office for around 8 months now, and I genuinely appreciate the individualized treatment. He is always willing to me with me in person, and will offer the best solution available. Thanks again!

Where do I even begin... This is BY FAR the most reliable and professional property management company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Adel Rafael is an absolute God-send. He listens to your questions and concerns and makes sure to go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. As soon as I spoke with him I knew I wasn't going to be able to find ANYONE better than him to manage my property. In addition to Adel he has the loveliest staff on hand. The women that work in the office are always so helpful and well mannered. It is always a pleasure calling into the office and getting to speak with them. I don't know if there's anyone as knowledgeable and caring as Adele . He has always been able to find me a tenant as soon as one moves out . He is also very concerned that it is the right tenant. Adele also goes over and beyond property management duties. He referred the best pool service company to care for my tenants pool , that was terribly abused and neglected. I can't tell you how many pool companies I went through. Whatever the problem was due to being able to rent my place Adele was there to give me the solution. I went through much Financial loss and aggravation of delinquent tenants , tenant that were good and gone bad ,trying to property manage this home on my own . I had to learn the hard way. Wish somebody could've just told me to call Adele then it would've been a no-brainer. He will get your property rented he will make it happen and you will be at ease, always able to contact him or a colleague. Adel and his team are absolutely the best! Anytime I have ever needed to contact the company for anything from minor fixes to me having locked myself out, I have always gotten a very timely response. They also allow you to pay your rent online, which is very convenient for me because I work a lot. I just love this company! They are extremely professional and kind.
