Snap Fitness Chatham

I enrolled at Snap a few months ago. I enjoyed the manager because she was not pushy and very knowledgeable. The gym was the cleanest gym I have ever been in! The manager did a great job of making me feel secure and she was very non judgmental of my larger body size. I would recommend Snap in Chatham anytime!! Great no pressure place that is always clean and filled with upbeat people.

I'm not sure which gym the last 2 comments were referring to, because this gym is one of the most clean and friendliest gyms I have ever been in. The manager is so friendly and greets each member by name. She is respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend Snap Fitness Chatham!

I agree with Jonathan's review- thought about joining, but the manager was the rudest person that I have ever encountered in a customer service oriented profession - I never returned after the first meeting.

The manager was horrible. The gym was very messy and even smelled like sweat. Manager was a very pushy salesman type, who looked to be about 40 pounds overweight and was very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the prices were a rip off. DO NOT GO HERE!
