At Charlottesville Power Equipment every one of my employees' work long hours and are always very courteous but there are always some customers that you just can't help! If you the customer is experiencing a difficulty with a company then you should contact a manager and bring your concerns to their attention. If you fail to do this then you really have no right to complain or write a review that is NOT accurate!! Owner

I gave them my lawn mower to do a basic check up maintenance before Spring. Now my lawn mower cuts off when I try and mow a side hill. I was told it is not their problem and that I probably have bad gasoline or vapor lock. I got new gas and same problem. I got a shrug from their customer service person. Oh well, not their problem. There won't be a next time.
