        Wise Recycling is one of the largest, direct-from-the-public collector of aluminum beverage containers in the United States. Wise Recycling was formed in 1998 when Wise Metals purchased the Reynolds Aluminum Recycling division from Reynolds Metals. Reynolds was one of the early pioneers of used beverage can recycling. Wise Recycling operates seven shipping and processing locations. These locations support a network of 50 neighborhood collection centers. This structure allows Wise Recycling to service consumers as well as industrial and independent recycling accounts nationwide. From our recycling centers, aluminum and other nonferrous metal materials are sorted, graded, and packaged and then sent to melting and fabricating facilities throughout the country. Wise Recycling is a member of the National Recycling Coalition and the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries.

        Go here to recycle! I didn't realize what a great place this was till they were closed and i had to go to charlotte metal recycling. At CMR, they gave me HALF what wise did for a larger load than i took to wise!

        Ripoffs

        Tried to rip me off on copper wire then told me if I didnt like it I could dig it back out the dumpster and this was a so called manger talking to me

        Chad, once again, we sincerely apologize for the bad customer service you received at our facility. Our actions were completely in contrast with our usually great treatment of our customer base. As we have discussed, the particular wire you sold that day is a 45% to 50% copper recovery item. Each individual strand was insulated inside the larger outside jacket. Although similar to some higher priced material in looks, this wire was priced correctly. We would be glad to show you the differences in the wires we purchase and why each is priced differently. I can assure you that Wise Recycling does not try to "rip-off" or cheat our customers out of one penny. We certainly would not be doing hundreds of transactions per day if that was the case. Our goal is to keep you coming back!

        Quick and easy!

        This place is a good place to sell aluminum and copper and the service is great! The staff is nice, friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone!
