Verve Beauty Spa & Salon

Verve Spa and Salon is great place to received top-notch spa treatments. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is tranquil. I have received several spa services and have been completely happy. I recommend this salon for spa or salon services.

I was very disappointed. The ambiance is nice, but the customer service was terrible. I am still sad because I had been looking forward to my day at Verve for weeks. I'm a massage therapist of 10 years and also received training in aesthetics. I've worked at luxury spas and small spas and I have to say I was so very disappointed in how I was treated as a guest and client at Verve. I received the signature facial and signature pedicure and did NOT receive everything that was in the service description. No client intake form or personal info was taken (which is a health risk no-no for the type of facial I received); there were no post service product recommendations, and actually I have no idea what my tech used on my face. I'm just glad my skin is still clear today since I'm sensitive. I was checked out of their system before my service was completed, so my nail tech had to check me out since the receptionist had left for the day ( I guess they assumed I wasn't going to tip). Also, on the website they show Verve robes but I guess those are only for certain services or guests because I was not offered one. I arrived 15 mins early just to be able to unwind for a few mins before my 1st service, and instead they rushed me straight into the facial room to get and early start I guess? They offered me water, and came back with the smallest cup I'd ever seen. I mean even the strip mall nail shop I go to offers wine or a full bottle of water!

So all in all- the staff was friendly, but let me tell you- if you're looking for a spa that makes you feel pampered, and appreciated- this ain't the place. You can have ambiance and beautiful rooms and spaces, but in my book that doesn't mean a thing without personalization and great customer service. Hopefully they will continue to develop on this, however I heard they've been open for 4 years already so I guess I'll never know.
