        I am not sure the name of the individual but the front desk (whoever answers the phone) is so rude! That in itself would make me never go to this establishment. I was doing a school project and asked if it was possible to speak with a Dr and she replies "no we are too busy, we don't have time for stuff like that". People like that will not get far in life. I could see if it was something ridiculous. Customer service is EVERYTHING!
