Tiny Treasures Child Development Center

I am so shocked at how Tiny Treasures Child Development Center has treated me. Keep in mind all Charlotte daycares have a waitlist until next summer so when I switched from virtual to working back in the warehouse I knew I might stumble on some difficulty. I talked to the director at Tiny Treasures and was told that their was one spot left in the infants room. Went on a tour Monday and told them I wanted the spot. I even offered to put a deposit down and was told that wasn’t needed. I can pay all of that once he starts on the 30th. The director even told me she would prorate the week for me. I called on Tuesday to let them know that the doctor said it will take 3 days to fill out the physical. The director told me it was okay that they would hold his spot. She even confirmed his name, but called me by a different name. I was unsure why she assumed I was Lashanna but I continued on, On Friday, my mother in law asked to go see the place, the director refused to come out and speak to us. My son has eczema so his skin is super sensitive and we wanted to make sure that they understand the protocols (I’m going to assume this isn’t the reason everything turned left).

On today, I called and asked to speak to the director and she was very rude. She told me she didn’t care what she told me they didn’t have a spot for him. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I would love to speak to the owner of this establishment, and when I called to get that information I heard the director in the background saying don’t give her any information. I understand you gave his spot to someone else but the rudeness was not okay. Business owners you got to do better in hiring these faces of your business. They can make or break them.

I definitely don’t want my son to go to this facility and I’m happy this happened before I sent him. I just hope God places a better situation in our paths before maternity leave is over.

Best daycare ever!!! Clean, secure and the teachers really care about your children and their progress. They are very serious about education and it is reflected in the amazing things my child tells me. I love to have my child going here!! I would recommend this daycare to ANYONE in Charlotte. It is even worth a drive across town to attend. Hate we are moving because we will miss the staff dearly.

I love these people! Both of my boys are there. My oldest is going on his third year, and my youngest just turned one at this center. They've always kept an open communication with me and have put my boys first. They've been there when I've needed someone to talk to be it about my boys or not. They are an AMAZING group of people who put the kids there above everything, and that's hard to find.

Both my grand daughters have gone here since they were born. I was not too excited that they had to go to a daycare but I trusted my daughter in law and son knew what they were doing. . With one of having ear problems and the other seizures I feel there is no other place that would love and care for them more. They both love going here and some days they actually don't even want to go home. Very secure and clean. Even an alarm code on the front door. I love this place and cant think of a better place for them to be when mom and dad are at work. I am giving them a 4 1/2 star rating because I feel that no matter where we are or what kind of business you are running that nothing is ever perfect but they sure do come pretty close to it.

This is a daycare that puts the children first.It is kept very clean and the staff is always available to speak with parents about any concerns or problems.If you are looking a great learning atmosphere along with your children being loved this is your daycare.

I've really enjoyed having both my daughters there for the past 8 years. Very clean and professional environment. My kids love the staff and financial help has been always available. Would recommend to anyone new into Charlotte looking for a stable, fun-loving, daycare center.
