Everyone cringes at the notion of having a root canal, we’ve all heard stories and if you’re like myself, you’ve probably had a bad experience with one before but no more. I’ve found that if the endodonist really provides excellent patient care, he can ease most of their concerns with detailed explanation, examination, and numbing of the tooth so that the procedure is painless and somewhat refreshing. When I visited the practice of Dr. Brofsky, I was impressed by his examination of my tooth and when I came in for the procedure, I felt like his primary concern was my comfort as he did the procedure, stopping from time to time to ask if I was in any kind of discomfort. To be honest with you, it was an amazing experience and although I hope to never have the need for his services again, I’m confident recommending my friends, family to his practice. I have had two root canals by Dr. Brofsky and it was the best dental experience I have ever had. I was very nervous when I showed up to my appointment and Dr. Brofsky and his staff made my experience a wonderful one. He actually called me the next day to check and make sure that I was doing alright. I have never had a dentist or doctor call to check on me in the past. I would highly recommend Dr. Brofsky and his staff at South Charlotte Endodontics.

Dr. Brofsky gave me a prescription. I had a bad reaction to the prescription. I called the office 3 times in a two day period and asked if he could prescribe a different antibiotic. He never called me back, he never prescribed a different antibiotic. I have called today AGAIN and still, no return phone call! Its Friday and I will have to end up going to the emergency room to get different prescription if I can't go through the whole weekend like this. Go to a dentist that cares if you need help, that cares if you had bad reactions to his prescription, that cares to help you. Find one that at least has the decency to return a call after days. BEWARE!
