        Technician walked in and immediately identified the problem in less than 10 minutes. He quoted me a price, went and picked up the part and repaired my equipment. Excellent work, I would recommend this company!

        Horrible customer service! AVOID at all costs! They charged my credit card for the full amount for parts and service before even doing the repair! They treat their customers like they're doing them a favor! They have a F rating by the BBB. Their other alias is Charlotte Appliance Restore and Repair.
