        Great family, great food

        I have enjoyed Rotelli for several years. I am from Buffalo and was looking for a place that reminded me of home. Pizza is excellent, family is great and they do a lot to support the local community. All food is homemade and fresh...try the pasta and chicken dishes if your looking for something different from the awesome pizza.

        Horrible!!!!

        I am from Ohio and the Rotelli's there in Liberty is awesome! I was eager to find one once I moved down to South Carolina (this one was closest). Well my family and I went there yesterday there was no one in the restuarant but 2 other couples. So I really couldn't figure out why it took almost 30mins for our stuff to come out. I ordered a sweet tea...got unsweeten (no biggie), I ordered the chicken parm for myself, pepperoni pizza for my kids and my husband ordered a chicken philly cheese steak and buffalo chicken wings(as a appetizer). Ok 1st my chicken parm was burnt to a crisp!!! Which they tried to cover up with sauce and cheese! 2nd my kids pizza was only cheese no pepperoni! Which the ignorant waitress we had tried to tell me I orderd cheese! & 3rd my husbands chicken had NO buffalo sauce what so ever on them, they were just fried!(plus they came out with the rest of the food instead of before). Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back there and we did NOT leave a tip! Maybe I should've wrote on a piece of paper and the tip should've been to provide better service!
