WATCH OUT! We purchased a couch and inspected it thoroughly. When we returned to pick it up, there was a rip. We had to go through insanity to get a refund and paid over $400 by debit. They refused to give us cash back (same as debit) and sternly informed us their policy is a check refund within 10 days (which is posted nowhere). Most of the people in "customer service" here act extremely rude and entitled to inform the consumers of their unfair policies.
