General Info: NC Health Partners is a private JCAHO accredited organization that provides behavioral health services to adults and children in North Carolina. Our organizations goal is to support, empower, and enable individuals, and their families/guardians through community-based services. Our community-based services focus on the clients strengths while individualizing their treatment in order to ensure recovery from mental illness. Our services aim to reduce psychiatric hospitalizations and/or out-of-home placements all while supporting the families of our clients whenever possible. Our hope is that through our tentative care each individual will be one step closer to reaching their full potential by the end of their treatment.
