Morris Costumes

I would never recommend this company to any one. I ordered two costumes on the 20th of October. I received emails from the company stating the shipment went out here is your tracking information. When package arrived only one costume was enclosed. I called left several voice messages regarding missing costume. No one returned my calls. I sent an email to info@mooncostumes.com (it was sent back undeliverable). Finally on the 27th of October I spoke to a rude employee who told me I still have a week to find another costume. I called back asked for the Owner/Manager she said she was, I asked her name, she said Mary. I told her my situation, she said they do not have time to call all of their custmers regarding out of stock orders and she would return my money. However, I did get the money returned for the costume but not the shipping.



No I have to find a costume the Monday before Halloween.
