Marlowe Place

This is a great location, 5 minutes walk to the Lynx station, 5 minutes drive to 77 and 485. The apartments are new and the amenities (gym, pool, etc.) are state of the art.
The maintenance personnel is courteous and quick to respond to any service request.
The leasing office management is very friendly and professional, and their customer service is outstanding.
Only thing to consider is the noise from the nearby commercial railroad.
The buildings are gated, so only residents have access to the apartments. Parking on the premises is only permitted too residents, and smoking is not allowed throughout the community.
We highly recommend Marlow Place!

Hannah gave us a tour and was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind! She always had answers for our questions and made sure to show us all the amenities and talk about the security of the complex. It is also great that the light rail is so close! We will be applying soon! Definitely recommend!

Alexandria and her team were incredibly helpful during the process of securing an apartment at Marlowe Place! They are professional, personable, and bend over backward to accommodate you.

If you want a modern, clean, respectful staff, and amenities. Then Marlowe Place is the apartment homes for you. My husband and I spend evenings in the club house playing ping pong with some friends and enjoying everything it has to offer. We can’t wait for summer to sit by the pool. This place is such a wonderful area to live in. I am new to Charlotte and there is so much to do. I love that the lite rail is right beside us!

Although I am not a resident at this community. I have had a great encounter with Janae and her team. We had a mutual client and I have had to make several request from her in order for me to assist her tenant. I have received prompt and professional response from Janae. I see her passion for her community and her willingness to help her tenants-
