        When you call and ask to speak...

        When you call and ask to speak to the MGR....He answers and has you on SPEAKER PHONE....when explained to him that you are a new client to the area...He informs you that someone else can take care of you and pons you off. I was on perpetual hold after this incident and decided that if the MGR can't take time to even get to know a new client then Heck with that! I went on down the road. What is up with people answering a call on SPEAKER PHONE....How freaking rude is that! OMO
