I would recommend contacting them first and using your best judgement. Ken is very good attorney, but some of his office staff is horrible not professional enough. You must be polite and professional at all times when it comes to handling law. Excellent communication is everything in this industry. Your people are a representation of yourself.

This company is sorry ... I asked for him to represent me he said the evidence wasn't enough, went to another lawfirm and they beat the case
