This people are the worst!! Total scam, got my semi towed only 30 miles, this guy wanted 2500! With no TRLR ON THE BACK!! really!!

Broke into our loaded Peterbilt (literally broke our door tumbler), that was parked on “unmarked” property.
DROVE our truck to Bradley’s Truck Service in Charlotte. Then demanded $5000 CASH to release it. In the process also busted our steer axle hub cover.
Note- now the old Earthfare parking lot

At first denied driving our unit. LIES, we have trackers on all of our trucks.

They are still open despite what the listing says. they are very professional and friendly defiantly worth the call.

Well when I called to get my car towed they said it would be about an hour and a half. And they guy told me to text him the address he needed to get the car from and the address that it was going to. So I did and I waited 3 hours before calling them back. It went straight to voicemail. Needless to say they aren't professional and I went with a different company who did it for $5 more. Don't rely on this company to be prompt at all, and make sure if you use them to have the whole day available just to wait for them.

I have used Ingram's many times & every time the service has been fast & affordable. Does exactly what he says he will do and you cannot ask for anything more.

Great, prompt, fast and courteous service. Reasonably priced. All young people should be so enterprising! Would definitely use again if I needed towing. Recommended!

They towed my cousin car because she had a flat tire and before they towed it they didn't pump up the tire and before you tow a car on the kind of wrecker they had youhave to pump the tire up and so there for they put a whole in her transmission now they don't want to make it right they said they would buy the transmission if we had someone to put it in now they aren't answering our phone calls and telling us to quite calling or they are going to press charges we almost have the motor out and the motor they promised to buy and give her we can't put in because they don't want to get it and bring it like they promised if you own your own company and you break someones car your responsible for it and they claimed they had insurance that was going to cover it and all we have got is lies and the run around so therefore if this company tows your car make sure you don't get scammed and the run around like she has she's a single mother of three and now because of them she is stuck with no car because they don't want to make it right if you can don't deal with this company
