Great Things Consigned & Boutique

My mother went into this store to see about selling a beautiful winter coat in excellent condition. The male owner was extremely rude and condescending when he spoke to her. Offered her a less than fair price. When she told him how much she paid for the coat he said "oh you expect me to give you that for that coat? I have a $10,000 coat in the back. Maybe you should give your coat to someone who needs it." When she left she was upset. I am appalled that the owner would even think it's acceptable to speak to a customer like that. I will never step foot into this place and hope that those of you who read this save yourself and go someplace else where you will be respected.

This is one of the finest consignment stores I have ever shopped in. From the time I walked in and was warmly greeted by the staff, I felt like was in a very nice boutique. Great Things does a great job of Chosing and displaying their clothing, accessories and furniture. There was no junk in there and it was a pleasure to shop! I found some fabulous bargains and the staff was top notch. For the "truthbetold" review, as a shopper, I'm happy this place didn't take your junk to make you happy!
