        My husband & I have been going to Dr. Jay every since he came to Charlotte. We absolute love him! he always does such a great job & we can see him on the weekends..If you're new to the area or just looking for a great DDS, give him a try. You won't be sorry. S & A Miller

        I, too, like others had a severe tooth ache over the weekend. I called Dr. Jay on Sunday morning about 7:30 am. He called me right back and discussed the issue with me and had me come in that day (Sunday evening). He worked on my tooth (root canal and painless too).

        I appreciated his explanations and his common courtesy of being compassionate and understanding of the need to take care of the pain.

        He's my dentist from now on (and I'm traveling from Salisbury, NC).

        Overall

        I had a severe tooth ache on Friday and my dentist was closed, so I called Dr Jay and came in that Saturday and had X rays to be needing a root canal. Dr. Jay had me come in Sunday at 703 am but doesn't open till 900am and did my root canal. I had severe pain but was numbed and felt very little pain. Very professional, polite, and I have decided to make Dr.Jay my new dentist and my son was so impressed that he said Dr. Jay will also be his new dentist. I highly recommend this dentist and will be back!
