Fairview Financial is an independent investment and wealth management firm located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC. We specialize in providing efficient investment services tailored to the specific needs of our private and corporate clients. Our objective is to provide a very high level of individual attention, staying focused on the goal of targeting an appropriate level of risk while minimizing expenses - all in the pursuit of above average investment returns. We offer advisory services designed for individuals, including their retirement plans and trusts. All individual accounts are held at TD Ameritrade and can always be viewed online. We manage these accounts on a discretionary basis for an annual fee. Additionally, our securities business ( which is limited to Managed Futures funds for qualified investors ), is offered through Pacific West Securities, Inc, Member FINRA/SIPC. We also guide our clients in the selection of fixed annuities and represent several highly rated insurance companies. Our comprehensive 401 ( k ) consulting and advisory services utilize an open architecture approach and focus on eliminating conflicts of interest and minimizing total plan expenses. We are not affiliated with any other companies offering 401 ( k ) services and strive to provide completely unbiased advice.
