I needed a cake at the last min...the girls stayed late just to finish my cake. No one else would help me but they did!!

It was great. My friends and I will be using this bakery forever. They have the best chocolate cake in the WORLD!!

Called them to get some info on cakes for a few upcoming events. They were rude and not helpful at all. Against my better judgement, I wanted to give them a try even though I had already hear from one of my clients that they are not that great. Based on the negative interaction I had with them over the phone, I ended it right then. I decided not to proceed - if they can't be helpful and friendly over the phone, what am I to expect if I moved forward with them? In these hard economic times, customers will not deal with rude behavior from a company! They will move on to the next company.

I used this company to do a cake for a baby shower recently. I spoke with them weeks in advance of the event. I showed them pictures and gave great details of the cake I wanted. They assured me that they would have no problem doing the cake. The cake was 3 Dimensional and stacked - this is somehing for a professional bake shop - these guys couldn't handle it. The day of the shower rolled around and they were LATE arriving to the event. Because they were late arriving, they threw off the rest of the evening's activities for us. When they strolled in late, they started setting up the cake...or should I say, they TRIED to set up the cake. It became painfully obvious that they did NOT practice how to stack this cake BEFORE they arrived. It took them forever to set it up, and when they were done, the cake immediately began to FALL apart right in front of our eyes. When I pointed out that the cake was coming apart on the back, they said "don't worry we can fix it". Well, "fixing it" means that she took her dirty, bare hand and pushed the cake back together!!!! The cake was lopsided!! When they were done "setting up" the cake, they left my invoice on a table with all my personal info on it - what about privacy?? The best part is yet to come....as the baby shower started, we actually had to cut the cake first because it kept falling apart. Once we started to taste the cake, it was obvious from the expressions on everyone's faces - the cake tasted HORRIBLE! I was so upset that I almost burst into tears. The cake was supposed to be a surprise for the expectant mother, but instead it was an embarrassment! The icing on the cake was HARD, and it tasted like plastic. Oh, yeah, and the best part is that, I tried to pay for the cake over the phone using my credit card, they told me my credit car was declined. My husand walked in the store an hour later with the exact same credit card, and of course all was fine (are you kidding me? They can't even punch in a credit card number correctly??). To sum it all up, this place if very unprofessional, the cakes taste horrible, and overall I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Use them at your own risk.
