I give one star because of Christine H, a representative of DMSI. This wonderful young lady was the only one who was compassionate to me; my so-called "certified" trainers seemed as though they did everything in their power to discourage me not to work for this company. Iwas told that maybe the job was too hard for the packer position, not that I wasn't working hard or fast enough.The Tilt Tray Inductor position also too much for me. I'll have you know that my thirty year tenure at the USPS was way tougher that working at your factory, I had to learn the carrier numbers and what mail they carried by memorizing a scheme of about forty carriers and the streets that they carried; also, I worked in a cage where I gave the carriers their express, registered, COD's, certified and other important mail. Do you actually think that this company would entrust me with such a large responsibility if I were giving the wrong mail to the wrong carriers?, I don't think so! The weight limit for the parcels that I worked was 70lbs, something I had no preforming by myself. I have been awarded many times for my work and have the letters to prove it. My concern is the favoritism and perhaps some type of decriminalizing going on here that needs to be addressed before someone decides to take it a step further; As for me, I won't waste my time pursuing this action, all unfairness will be revealed in time. I watched many people strolling around like they were at the beach in both MorenoValley and Perris facilities like that was the new normal for them. I hold myself to a high standard when it comes to working a job; I believe in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay, not drama and foolishness on the job, that belongs on a talk show that I wouldn't watch anyway. I thank you for hearing me out; you seem like an excellent company but some of the people in charge need to get off of their "high horse," I have an annuity so I really don't have to work anywhere, I'm just a people person who loves to help others but I will speak up when I feel that I 'be been wrongly treated.
