        I felt that my sales person was honest more than anything which allowed me to be open with what I exactly needed. JR Edwards was new to car business, but not to sales.

        Worst car buying experience of my life doesn't begin to describe the hell this dealership has put me through. Their team is uniformed and rude. Their service technicians and managers barely know what a boost solenoid is. My car has been in the shop more than on the road because a mere 800 miles after purchase my transmission is broken. Oh did I not mention that this dealership did work on that transmission and I had an outside shop confirm negligence on their technicians part. They have a reputation in the Charlotte car community and especially within the Focus ST and Fiesta ST groups in the North Carolina area for being a terrible dealership. I have vouchers to their dealership for free service that I will never redeem because their customer service is non existent. It took 15 calls and 3 messages just to get a conversation with Allen.

        My saga is to long to go into all the details but be warned do not buy a car from these people. I've been buying cars for near 40 years and have never been told so many lies and had so much difficulty getting problems taken care of in my life. Stay away from these people!!!
